EFT (Easy Fitness Ticket) is our most popular payment plan. Payment is automatically debited to your checking account or credit card on the 1st of every month. It is a monthly payment, NOT a contract. You may cancel at any time. Just notify us by the 15th of the month prior to the cancellation date. If monies are due, forms will not be processed until they are received.
