Personal Touch

- Personal Touch sessions are personal training classes done in a small group setting with no more than 10 students per instructor.
- Personal Touch is a great way to tone up, increase your strength and learn how to execute strength training moves correctly.
We're sorry, but there's currently no personal touch classes scheduled at this time. We do hope to bring them back soon!
